hi folks, well id just like to say thank you to all the people that made it to my 99 runecrafting or sent congratz if they could not be there. It was great to see so many old faces too and so many of u in PINK. You have all played a major part in me getting to 99 so a big thank you to everyone who was there and to those that could not make it. As many of u know I started out at fli first by running laws then moving on to be a runecrafter myself working up to fli op (the good old days ) moving on to do a little at world 16 airs till I finally made it to 91(double nats) and joined ffdn (thanks laurs for accepting me ) which is where I got my 99. I have made so many friends over the 2 yrs it’s taken me to get to 99 yes I know it’s a long time but all good things come to those that wait. Anyway I’ll be back at the altars to assist some more as well as running till my hands fall off then I’ve been told I can stop (thanks cold steel but think my feet will fall off 1st ).Thanks again to everyone who shared this awesome experiece with me.....

hello fun cave this will be my last post on your thead, After some thinking and watching, this clan/family has changed way to much for me. I wish u the best of luck in the future and thx for some fun times but all good things come to an end and my time in this family is ended ,ty. Howdy Jet, I hate to see you go young man you were one of the few here that always tried to do the best you could with what was dealt you and I will miss that.

Fun cavers im writing u this letter in my darkest time and i wanted to tell u this. The year i was with u guys i had a blast we laughed,cried, and even got married on rs :P but i wanted to tell u that the fight pits and dual tounry will be my last events.The reason being is that i join another cc and they want me to be there 24/7. But the im going to watch over threads when i can and i will be in c* on Thursdays= pc events Saturdays= Sc and Sundays= Kbd  . when ever i can i will be in cc. u guys can pm anytime if u have a party invite me!!!!!! ^_^ i will be in w99 i wont move to the other world. im not quitting Fun Cave so dont get the wrong idea. but im just moving to a new home for now :P. Great One60, Blahhh110, Mathwiz006, 28animal, Noes, Pcoolkid123, and Dark Zero 66 thx for being my best friends in this rash rs world. It's Time for me to do this yet again,
Leaving Fun cave due to fiends.
Due for me to leave such a Rank abusing clan,
Hakayew wishes never to be a fan.
I shall no longer come back to this clan, due to too many people kicking me out just abusing there powers due to me saying 'oh emm eff gee' according to dark zero66 this is a acronym and acronym's are against fun caves rules..
So I go to the rules read them out in the clan, clearly states that a acronym isn't against them.
The words i said was something of Spongebob square pants, which is a childs show which does not use bad language.
Due to this sill-ness i am leaving yet again, i shall not return to this clan. Nothing will stop me this time.
I wish to be placed on Fun caves ignore list.
If i am not placed on fun caves ignore list i will have to do things i do not want to, so i can get placed on it.
I've Met so many people at fun which i like, maybe time to change the state of clan, when someones new to the clan they get the friendly treatment after it wares of im sure they will not.
I Do not disrespect this clan, i personally just find too many people in there are mean or abuse there powers or just wait till the elder turns there back and booooooooom you get a hear full.

I agree with Vn's posts for the record, and would like to apologize for being, at one time, one of the people who fueled it. I thought I made a decent advisor, at least for the majority of my career lol I kinda slipped toward the end. When it came to promotions, I tried to be fair and evaluate who was really worthy. At times, may have been harsh, but I wanted to weed out the bad ones. However, I'll admit that I was an accomplice to this. A very good friend of mine got a rank he did not deserve at all, but I, with many others, helped him get this. This is the only one I recall, but I might've voted for members who didn't deserve it. I really tried my best to be fair, and to the credit of the advisors I think they all do too. However, it's just hard to pin-point this biast and act on it. It can be reduced, though. I know I could've stopped myself from promoting my friend under 2 conditions. 1: it came up again now that i have experience and 2: someone rationaly showed me the facts of what he contributed to FUN. (Note: I think a few wise advisors did try to rationalize but I was young and stupid, which is why I need to clarify it would only work now that I have experience :P).
I've sat in meetings and saw advisors(and elders) advocate members that didn't do alot, but I noticed they were friends. I've witnessed this happen, so I know this does go on. Please don't sit there and tell me it doesn't. IT can be reduced. With the knowledge that this is happening, and a conversion of rank rewarding from a "feel" and "judged" system to one that is based on numbers and cold, hard facts. If instead of just being, "hey they should be ranked up" we started to go "let's look at the numbers, what have they done?" We could more accurately and fairly divy out ranks. Why? There is no biast in numbers.

Yay! Favouritism is the most disturbing topic to talk about. Yes before when I was clueless about promotions I did favouritism but now I don't since I matured and look for three things in a person:
1) How active are they in FUN?
2) Do they help others?
3) How is their overall behavior?
I have been doing this since I got back from summer camp and to me this process works out.
